Summer's here and if you're like us you'll be spending more time at home this year. If so, why not make your backyard your own private vacation spot. We have some great flowering shrubs to help make your yard the envy of the neighborhood. The Hydrangeas are putting on their big summer show now and will continue through fall. Weigela Wine and Roses is keeping the garden interesting with its dark foliage and Weigela Ghost is blooming again. Fothergilla Blue Shadows is keeping true to its name supplying us with its gorgeous blue leaves. Come see our selection. Remember they're also 10% off through the summer.

Last year, our vegetable garden was a big help. We canned, froze, and dried till all space was taken. Not only was I grateful for the harvest, but it's quite rewarding when I go to the cupboard. If you have a sunny spot in the corner of your yard, along the fence, or next to the alley, and you want to try and grow a few vegetables, we will help you do it. Nothing tastes as good as fresh. And you don't have to have a huge garden to be able to put some stuff away for winter.
